The Cups

Nipplease silver cups are handmade from 925 sterling silver (not silver plated) and are nickel free (as certified by The Assay Office).

They are worn directly on the nipple and are held in place by your nursing bra. One size fits all; they are comfortable to wear and should be worn at all times even when you sleep. They are great when used as a preventative measure to avoid cracks and soreness from the start of breastfeeding.

When nipples are cracked, sore and bleeding from breastfeeding or damaged using the breast pump, Nipplease cups provide the perfect antimicrobial, hygienic environment for your nipples to heal.

No creams are necessary when using the cups and therefore no chemicals will pass to the baby.

We would recommend that you seek advice to ensure your baby is latching on properly as this will help the healing process. If cracks and pain continues please see your health visitor or midwife. If there is any irritation please discontinue use immediately.

We strive for next-day delivery within the UK, (if you order the previous day before 1pm, Mon-Fri). Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery and should be with you within 1-2 working days.

International orders

We are able to offer Europe and International delivery (Royal Mail International Signed-For service) for £9.95. Orders within Europe should arrive in three working days. International orders should arrive within five working days. An invoice for £9.95 will be emailed to you directly upon ordering.

Use & Care

Easy to Use

Place cups directly on to your nipple. They will be held in place by your nursing bra
You may wish to wear breast pads over the cups for any leaks
Remove cups and rinse or wipe nipples before you breastfeed
No need for creams or lotions
Breast milk is also known to heal cracked nipples so you may wish to squeeze some breast milk into the cups before use, if you are able

Simple to Care

You will need bicarbonate of soda (found in all supermarkets)
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda into each cup and add a couple of drops of water to make a paste
Rub thoroughly all around the cups to remove any residues, rinse and dry
There is no need to sterilise nipplease silver cups
We recommend cleaning a couple of times a day

About me

With my first two children I found breastfeeding extremely painful. It just didnt seem to come naturally to me.
